> HK Studio is a personal training gym incorporating boxing and kickboxing located in Shibuya, Tokyo. With the concept of being "the world's most welcoming gym," we provide an environment where beginners and those who are not confident in exercise can start with peace of mind.

## Trainer Introduction

### Kazuki Yano
- Born December 10, 1997 / Sagittarius
- From Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture

He has loved physical activity since elementary school and started playing baseball in 4th grade. He was a member of the volleyball club for 8 years from junior high school through vocational school. During his student years, he discovered the fascination of improving his body and performance through strength training in club activities, and has pursued the depth of training ever since.

Based on his own experience, he provided training guidance to his juniors in club activities and experienced the joy of seeing results. Strongly wanting to spread this experience to more people, he enrolled in a vocational school to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to become a trainer.

**Q. I have no exercise experience, is that okay?**  
A. It's absolutely fine! We will teach you carefully from the basics! We'll explain which muscles to use and what to focus on!

**Q. Is it suitable for all ages?**  
A. Absolutely no problem. We won't start with intense exercise right away, so don't worry. We'll provide training that matches your fitness level.

**Q. How intense is the exercise?**  
A. Training at your own pace. You can start without pushing yourself too hard.

**Q. What should I wear?**  
A. Any comfortable clothes that allow movement are fine. No special workout wear required.

**Q. I haven't prepared anything, is that okay?**  
A. Just bring a towel and something to drink. Everything else is provided.

**Q. Can I come directly on the day?**  
A. Our studio operates on a reservation basis. Please contact us by 8 PM the day before.

**Q. Can I exercise while bringing my child?**  
A. Yes! We have a mat space, so you're welcome to bring them along!

**Q. Are gloves rental?**  
A. For those interested in kickboxing or boxing aerobics, you'll need to purchase gloves. We have a catalog available for purchase. Until your gloves arrive, we'll lend you some for your first sessions.

**Q. How long until I see results?**  
A. For those coming once a week and managing their diet, about 3 months. For twice-weekly sessions, as early as 2 months. However, if you stop exercising and overeat, it's easy to return to your original state. Changes also vary depending on your personal goals. But with consistent exercise, changes become more noticeable!

**Q. Can I pay by card?**  
A. Currently, we accept cash or bank transfers for monthly membership fees.
